OBCA honored GBLO member – Mr. Lucky Rasi
On the Special Occasion of GBLO (Global Bhutanese Literature Organization) literary conference event on December 26, 2015 at Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Lucky Rasi, GBLO central committee member of Kentucky chapter, released his first historical poetic book, “PURNABAS “(Resettlement), Gajal Sangraha. It has added significant meaning and success of the resettlement of Bhutanese refugees across the globe and justified the resettlement with artistic literary writing and creation.
To remark the successful creation of Mr. Rasi, Organization of Bhutanese Communities in America (OBCA), congratulate to him whole heartily and, honored with token of love, $ 565.00 to encourage and support for his future endeavor.
OBCA always inspires and extend its support to the upcoming emerging youths, who has been playing instrumental role in promoting and preserving our arts, culture, language and literature.
