What an incredible, transformative week! I embarked on more than just a course; I undertook a profound journey into my own energetic landscape, culminating in a powerful awakening that promises to reshape my life. This is the emotionally resonant, powerful, and inspiring summary of my seven days of Chakra Sadhana. My seven days of Chakra Sadhana felt nothing less than stepping into a different world one where the body, mind, and spirit finally began speaking the same language.

Day 1 – Awakening the Inner Presence. (Mooladhar Chakra)

The very first day welcomed me with warmth. Even though I arrived a little late, the environment instantly embraced me the staff, the discipline, the purity of the space. As we began exploring Chakra Vigyan, something magical stirred within me. Yoga felt energizing, the dancing segments felt liberating, and when we unlocked the Mooladhar Chakra, it felt like touching the roots of my very existence. The meditation shook me literally. My entire body trembled when I sat down, as if something deep inside was waking up after years of silence. But instead of fear, there was acceptance. Peace. A strange sense of “finally.” By the end of the day, laughter, movement, and the warmth of Ramesh Gurudev’s light-hearted presence made everything feel safe, grounding, and new.

Day 2 – Healing the Mind, Lifting the Heart. (Swadishthan Chakra)

Day 2 was a complete revelation. It wasn’t just about yoga or meditation, it was about understanding life. We learned the courage of sharing our feelings, the importance of opening, and how expressing our truth clears heaviness from the mind. We explored how our habits, tone of speech, and daily patterns shape our destiny. Ramesh Gurudev gently guided us toward a happier way of living— Stop comparing. Stop carrying guilt. Start understanding yourself. We learned to face our mistakes without fear, to untangle problems with awareness, and to distinguish the positive and negative energies within and around us. We opened the Swadishthan Chakra, and something inside felt more fluid, more alive, more forgiving. Slowly, a new version of me began taking shape.

Day 3 – Release, Realization & Rise. (Manipur Chakra)

The third day was emotionally intense and spiritually powerful. The session was shared between Ramesh Gurudev and Bhanu Gurudev, and the shift in energy was unmistakable. When we opened our chakras, the whole room transformed. People cried, screamed, released buried emotions that had been locked away for years. Even I felt a powerful surge something deep, raw, and real within me finally pushing to the surface. Bhanu Gurudev’s teachings on Kundalini energy opened a doorway to new understanding. Learning about the Manipur Chakra and its connection to the Kundalini made everything feel interconnected my emotions, my energy, my purpose. His Q&A session, filled with metaphors and wisdom drawn from mythology, felt like someone was finally answering questions I didn’t know how to ask. It wasn’t just learning. It was remembering. It was awakening.

Day 4 – An Open Heart (Anahad Chakra)

Day 4 was dedicated to the boundless field of the Anahad Chakra, the regulator of emotions and of love. It was a “really good day” and “mostly love,” a period of open-hearted release. I was asked to forgive and to hug people who have been like parents. When I hugged them, it felt right to cry, and I cried, which “really made me guilt free and eternally happy.” I didn’t want the class to end, but I was happy I was able to attend this, Chakra Vigyan.

Day 5: The Voice of Truth (Vishuddhi Chakra)

On Day 5, the focus was the Vishuddhi Chakra, the center of purity and self-expression. Despite most people struggling with cold and runny noses, I felt special and was able to “get really deep in meditation.” I didn’t feel any laziness or sleepiness at all. Bhanu Gurudev’s “stubborn yet true” answers “got us all speechless,” and I loved the dancing segment. I started the class and ended it “immensely loving the classes.”

Day 6: The Eye of Intuition (Agya Chakra)

Day 6 was “quite special,” focusing on the Ajna Chakra the third eye. I learned the science of how hormones are secreted through the combination of Ajna with other chakras. The ultimate highlight was the “Jyoti Smaran,” where Ramesh Gurudev “made us use the candlelight as an anchor to get the glimpse of our internal Jyoti.” I then did a powerful Sankalpa (vow) to abstain from tobacco and alcohol.

Day 7: The Crown of Enlightenment (Sahasrar Chakra)

This was the “final day.” Ramesh Gurudev explained the nature of all seven chakras and the Sudarshan Chakra and taught me the “key of happiness.” The meditation was “really calming,” and I felt a “surge of energy rushing within me after each meditation session.” I learned the Sahasrar Chakra is the closest to परमात्मा and is the “one key to enlightenment.” The journey ended with a thank-you session, and I felt “compelled to be better version of myself.” I have not only understood the chakras; I have activated them, walking away a lighter, freer, and more illuminated soul. This was truly my spiritual awakening.

Final Essence

A Journey from Within to Beyond These seven days of Chakra Sadhana weren’t just a workshop they were a rebirth. I discovered parts of myself I had forgotten. I touched emotions I had buried. I felt energy I didn’t know existed. And through it all, I learned to breathe deeper, feel gentler, live lighter, and rise stronger. I walked in as one person, but I walked out more aware, more alive, and more connected to the universe within me.

Thank you Jeevan Vigyan for this opportunity.
