New York, Nov 22, 2018: Druk American Shitoryu Karate Do (DASK) – Akron dojo participated recently held karate seminars & tournament at New York City on Nov 17-18 for the first time.
Total of nine students, including four girls and five boys participated in the tournament. The tournament witnessed participation from central America, Europe and various clubs from United States. Sensei Amber Limbu, Sensei Yam Bista and Senpai Tek Nepal attended the Coach Seminar making a history for the DASK. Another history making event by Sensei Maya Lepcha for being the first highest ranking DASK referee holding USANKF Referee “D” license. The following students bagged medals out of the tournament.
