The 5th National Convention of the Organization of Bhutanese Communities in America (OBCA) is getting more attention from many communities’ people in and out of the United States of America. It has became the burning issues in the Bhutanese communities in and around the United States. The most of the representatives of Bhutanese community organizations of cities and states level are participating in the grand event. According to the OBCA convention cordinator Mr. D. B. Rai, by two days before the event, the event management and expenditure costs seems to be much higher than the estimated expenditure costs of the event. As a result still the convention organizing committee is raising funds for the grand Bhutanese National Convention 2015.
