OBCA honoPress Release: Organization of Bhutanese Communities in Americared GBLO member – Mr. Lucky Rasi

On the Special Occasion of GBLO (Global Bhutanese Literature Organization) literary conference event on December 26, 2015 at Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Lucky Rasi, GBLO central committee member of Kentucky chapter, released his first historical poetic book, “PURNABAS “(Resettlement), Gajal Sangraha. It has added significant meaning and success of the resettlement of Bhutanese refugees across the globe and justified the resettlement with artistic literary writing and creation.
