\n<\/span>With good interest, the western intellectuals have accepted the \u2026Bhayabad (Nepalese word for Philosophy of Fearism) or Philosophy of Fearism\u2019 produced by Desh Subba, who have been living in Yuen Long of Hong Kong for two decades. Philosophers, writers from Canada and different African countries are collaborating together with Mr. Subba in order to further re-interpret and redefine the \u2018Fearism\u2019 that have won dozens of international awards established in USA.<\/p>\n

While the intellectual world is interested in discussing the fear, high officials of the police and military departments of the African countries facing violence\/civil war have expressed their concern about the practical use of the philosophy to manage the fear of society in practical life. Police and military have shown good interest to formulate policy for \u2018fear management\u2019 by practicing Mr. Subba\u2019s philosophy through maintaining peace and security in society, family, and whole country, by freeing any kind of terror, natural disaster as the main purpose of the country.\"\"<\/p>\n

Furgeli Sherpa, a facilitator, said the seven nations senior police officers from different African countries had drown the conclusion in a workshop held in Mukjar, a city in Sudan, that growing fear of country could be managed according to \u2018Fearism\u2019. He is working in UN peace keeping force Sudan. He is from an Armed Police Force of Nepal. Sherpa said 27 police and military officers from Tunisia, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, Malawi, Namibia and Jordan had responded that \u2018Fearism\u2019 is practical philosophy to manage different types of fears in family and society.<\/p>\n

Their conclusion was to manage fear and control crime, civil war, murder, violence, the philosophy need to be utilized from the policy formulation level. \u2018Fearism\u2019 recognizes that \u2018life is controlled, directed and operated by fear\u2019. \u2018Fearism\u2019 was rendered before three years by Mr. Subba who has been living in Hong Kong with family for two decades. \u2018Philosophy of Fearism\u2019 has come as latest philosophy which has been awarded after acceptance of western authors and philosophers. It is the first time in Africa to be utilized. The philosophy has become success to attract many universities from Hong Kong, Sikkim, Northeast India, Bangladesh, USA and Europe.\"\"<\/p>\n

Arm pzolice force of Nepal reaches in Sudan Sherpa said, “The drown conclusion is the philosophy that have been rendered by a Nepalese can help those African countries facing violence and civil war to manage fear.\u201d Facilitator of program Sherpa added\u2019 \u201cEvery work done by the police and the army of any country, is to make citizens free from fear and terror and give them protection and peace. The philosophy relates to how to make citizens free from fear and establish calmness in society.\u201d<\/p>\n
