Sensei Dr. Ravee Raghavan(8th Dan) from Puerto Rico was present as the guest of honor <span id=\"yiv4154903772gmail-docs-internal-guid-f57827fb-006c-d995-cdf8-19ab266125a4\">and Chief Examiner for grading and recertification<\/span>. Resposibiity of convener was taken care by Heman Ghising, Seminar was conducted by Sensei Dr. Ravee Raghavan, Sensei T.R. Rai and assisted by Sensei Hiran Lama and Senpai Purna Tamang, Senpai Tila Chand Dhimal where there to support them.
